Our insurance services are always free. We help you obtain coverage, even for new products that your insurance company has never covered before. In many cases new products require pre-authorization or several attempts, including appeals, in order for you to get reimbursement. Our insurance specialists will work with you and you health care team to help you get reimbursed.

Here's how it works:

We verify that your coverage exists, the product category is not specifically excluded, and your situation and the product meet our criteria (this service is not offered for all products)

You pay the purchase price of the instrument after and you elect to purchase the instrument outright, we will refund your original purchase price, less any promotional value received if you do not receive insurance coverage within one year of purchase.
