FREE Product Locator Service
Our insurance services are always free. We help you obtain coverage, even for new products that your insurance company has never covered before. In many cases new products require pre-authorization or several attempts, including appeals, in order for you to get reimbursement. Our insurance specialists will work with you and you health care team to help you get reimbursed.
FREE Insurance Service
Instrument Reimbursement Guarantee - Ask about our coverage guarantee. We guarantee you will receive insurance reimbursement for selected products, like the ProTime Microcoagulation System, as an example.
Here's how it works:
After we receive your prescription and letter from your doctor, our insurance specialists will pursue coverage for you. If you do not wish to wait for the sometimes lengthy insurance approval process, we accept all major credit cards and can work out a payment plan or lease.
If we have verified your insurance coverage and you elect to purchase your ProTime® outright, we guarantee you will receive coverage (amount of coverage varies based upon insurance policy) and if you do not, you may return the instrument for a refund* within twelve months of your ProTime Monitor purchase.

We talk to your doctor, forward information and help any way we can. When the product you are seeking requires a prescription we will work directly with your doctors office to obtain it. If your physician has questions about any aspect of your desire to be involved with self testing we or our medical staff will speak directly to them or quickly forward appropriate information.
