February is American Heart Month
“According to the CDC/NCHS, if all major forms of cardiovascular disease were eliminated,
life expectancy would rise by almost 7 years. Nearly 2,600 Americans die of cardiovascular disease
each day, an average of 1 death every 34 seconds.”
–2005 Update, American Heart Association.
The American Heart Association is spreading the word that early screening of risk factors and
preventative measures can help prevent heart disease. Lifestyle modification, diet and exercise
are a good start but having the proper tools and information can help save your life.
“Cardiovascular disease is mostly preventable in many cases, so understanding these serious
health threats can make a lifesaving difference.”
–Vincent J. Bufalino M.D., president of the American Heart Association Greater Midwest Affiliate. Daily Herald

pressure with no side effects.
With regular use of the RESPeRATE significant and sustained reduction in blood pressure can be achieved.
